Ambassador Igor CESAR inaugurated the first Memorial commemorating the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsi in Germany

Ambassador Igor CESAR inaugurated the first Memorial commemorating the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsi in Germany together with the German-Rwandan association Gemeinsam mit Save/Ruanda - Urunana na Save/Rwanda e.V and Ibuka Germany today in the city of Lauchringen.

Together with the Mayor of Lauchringen Thomas Schäuble and the President of Ibuka Germany Judence Kayitesi, Ambassador Igor CESAR laid a wreath of flowers as the Memorial commemorating the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsi was officially inaugurated.

Several members gave a few words during their attendance at the Inauguration of the Memorial Site, along with the Representative of the German-Rwandan association Urunana Save Rwanda, Ilse Nirk.
