Amb. Igor CESAR counsels Rwandan entrepreneur Yves Kabagamba on unique Banana Champagne
Berlin, 19th July 2023 - Amb. Igor CESAR counseled Rwandan entrepreneur Yves Bernard Kabagamba on his innovative drive to expand his unique brand of Banana Champagne "Yellow Hix": A refreshing sparkling banana wine that holds a Rwandan trademark.
As a start-up entrepreneur, Yves Kabagamba has taken part in seven weeks of internship at the Schwaab Winery, where he could develop a banana sparkling wine with traditional bottle fermentation.
At the invitation of the Ministry of Economy of Rhineland-Palatinate, the Schwaab Winery were able to advise him on how to increase quality and optimise the production processes.
