PUBLIC NOTICE OF CIVIL MARRIAGE

Under Law N° 32/2016 of 28th August 2016 Governing Persons and Family in Rwanda, especially in Articles §166, §169, §170; §172 and §174: the Embassy of the Republic of Rwanda to the Federal Republic of Germany, hereby announces that Mr. Patrick RUGAMBA, a Rwandan National, born in Toro, Uganda on 14/02/1989, currently residing at Osnabrueck, Germany son of Karangwa Faustin and Uwimbabazi Perouce, intends to contract Civil Marriage with Ms. Pamela MANIRAKIZA, a Burundian National, born in Cibitoke, Burundi on 22/11/1993, currently residing at Osabruck, Germany, daughter of Manirakiza Onesime and Munkurize Beatrice. The Civil Marriage will take place at the Embassy of Rwanda in Berlin on 31st May 2024 at 14h00. Whoever may have legal reasons to object this marriage, please send your objection through the e-mail address indicated below before the above mentioned marriage date.
